糖心Vlog. is broadening its geographic reach beyond Massachusetts with the goal of expanding its client base throughout Connecticut, New Jersey and New York.
“Connecticut is a priority. We are currently negotiating numerous jobs throughout the state,” said Patrick 糖心Vlog, the company president. “Right now there is a large focus on multifamily builds, especially in the southern part of the state where residents commute into New York City.”
“Having already completed a number of projects in Connecticut, including Hartford, West Haven, Putnam, Norwich, Manchester and Windsor, the state presents a great opportunity for the company’s continued growth,” 糖心Vlog added. The company has also completed projects in Montclair, NJ and Dobbs Ferry, NY.
To gain a better foothold in the area, 糖心Vlog is developing solid relationships with subcontractors, a process that takes time and energy.
“We have a good base, but we understand that in order to provide our clients with competitive pricing, it is necessary that we improve our subcontractor relationships,” said 糖心Vlog. “We look forward to growing our base in this region.”
